When someone has attacked you - which you can see by clicking on Home and News - you may want to give a good whipping to someone who annoys you.
In the fight arena, you can choose the power attack of up to 10* power. But when you click on a profile name of someone who has attacked you, that option isn't available. You can only attack back with single power.
It might scare off wimps, if this was changed, so you had the same power attack as you have in the fight arena. Because, let's face it, these guys HAVE learned that their ignition gets rigged, so they won't put you on the Hitlist anyway, and thus the purpose of rigging someone's ignition gets somewhat lost.
I hope the Mob Wars team listens to good ideas, because this is truly one of those that could change the game quite dramatically.
The Mafia Wars game on Facebook is a game enjoyed by over 17 million people. Those looking for fun with this game can get good information and tips from following this blog. Over time, the blog has grown to include elements from other Facebook games, such as Mob Wars, Criminal Case, AirPort City, and FarmVille.

Airport City - Free to Fly
You may have tried Airport City - Free to Fly on Facebook. It's a rather smart game, and gameplay is excellent in many ways.
Purpose of the Game
You administer a small airport, and the goal of the game is to create all the surroundings of an airport - in fact the entire city. This is based on your own and neighbor planes landing in your airport, earning you money from delivering either passengers or fuel to airplanes visiting your airport.
The game works pretty well, but there are some aspects that are rather annoying. When you buy buildings, you have to ask for items before you can finalize the buildings, or buy special cash using REAL MONEY.
If there is anything that can truly provoke me, then it's the constant focus on money in Facebook games. You can't build much in some games before the money aspect sets in. It's like having a big money sign in FRONT of your shop before customers even come in the door...
Certainly a nice game, but be mindful that pilots start their resting period AFTER you have cleared their landing. So if you leave the game - many of us sleep at night :-) - you end up locked for some hours if you don't have many friends playing Airport City - Free to Fly...

FarmVille 2 Slower Than Ever Before...
It is kind of surprising to watch the game FarmVille 2. They keep adding features, and the game is slower than ever before... Stop developing crazy movies, and start focusing on improving the speed of the game.
This is a typical case of game overload. When you fail to optimize your code [and servers], then gameplay will suffer in any Flash game.
I hope Zynga is listening...

We Need More Challenges in Mafia Wars
I am sure I am speaking for quite a number of players when I say we need more challenges in Mafia Wars. The game is starting to get a bit boring. Rather than adding a lot of extra games, we need more FOCUS on gameplay to excite new players. I regularly get a lot of extra team members, but a lot of them only play very seldomly....
So my best advice to Zynga is to focus more attention to new cities and more challenging gameplay so we can attract a lot more people, and get them really excited in becoming regular players.

How Facebook Blocks Gameplay
Today I am going to reveal to you how Facebook blocks gameplay for those who are succesful in completing missions. The last couple of weeks growth has been big for the four games I play, namely in Mafia Wars, Mob Wars and Crime City, but also in Cafe World. As I told you in previous articles being social involves helping friends in your mobs to achieve better results. The more you give to others, the more you will get back. In fact, you even have the tab "Recommended friends" where Zynga will tell you which friends give the most back.

My current achievement levels are these:
Social media involves people requesting your friendship on Facebook since most of the games require you to be friends before you can join their mob or become neighbors, whichever fits the scenario.
The problem is then that some strange robot is monitoring the amount of friendship requests you make or receive, and suddenly tells you that you have sent requests even though this morning there were in fact 38 pending friendship requests in my inbox. I didn't make any of these requests. They were sent to me by a friend who also plays Mafia Wars, and probably even reads this blog too...
So Facebook should get their act together if they want partners to develop games for their platform. There are competitors out there, dear Facebook, so maybe you should get your team to change the settings of your robot to fit the lavel "social media."
Please share this article with whomever might need this information. We want our games to be safe places where we can have lots of fun sharing the hobbies we like and playing the games we enjoy.
Merry X-mas everyone. :-)
